Hello, I’m Erin and it’s so nice to meet you!

 

My love for all things entrepreneurial started at a young age, because at sixteen I was immersed in the CEO Program, knees deep in the stories of the businesses around me. I was so blessed to be in a community that promotes small businesses and shopping locally with its whole heart! Being able to learn their stories – from the small mom & pop shops, to the multimillion dollar companies that were operating right next door – instilled a love in me for seeing and supporting people acting upon their dreams. 

 

By the time I was eighteen, I was managing a local coffee shop and running their social media pages. I was enthusiastic about event planning & hosting – ready to help tackle all the crazy ideas that could be cooked up. 

 

Presently, I serve another visionary; spearheading their Support Team and working hand-in-hand with the Development Team as this company grows into the only web-based software service of its kind! Here, I have gone above and beyond to create training manuals and videos, canned response templates for FAQs, and newsletters; as well as help with the common headaches of managing the employee calendar, booking work trips, working with excel sheets full of data, and proofreading/troubleshooting new designs and features before they are rolled out to the masses. 

 

I found out that all these "headaches" are things I actually enjoyed soothing! With the support of my husband and wonderful family, I am encouraged to share my skills and passion for to those in need of a little "ibuprofen" in the form of virtual assistance. 

 

When I'm not task solving, other things I enjoy are reading, writing, serving with our church community in worship, and event planning & hosting. I’m also a sucker for a good cup of coffee, though I can be picky after 3 years of working as a barista!
